28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;
(2)  the lessee must, throughout the term of the lease, hold the licence required, where applicable, under the Act respecting commercial aquaculture (chapter A-20.2) or the Act respecting commercial fishing and commercial harvesting of aquatic plants (chapter P-9.01) to carry on commercial aquaculture activities or commercially harvest aquatic plants; and
(3)  the annual rent payable, without being less than $369, is
(a)  $3.69 per hectare for the first 5 years, then $7.40 per hectare for subsequent years, if facilities are present; or
(b)  $0.74 per hectare for the first 10 years, then $1.47 per hectare for subsequent years, if no facilities are present.
Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

(b)  $0.72 per hectare for the first 10 years, then $1.43 per hectare for subsequent years, if no facilities are present.
Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

(a)  $3.39 per hectare for the first 5 years, then $6.81 per hectare for subsequent years, if facilities are present; or
(b)  $0.68 per hectare for the first 10 years, then $1.36 per hectare for subsequent years, if no facilities are present.
Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.

28. The Minister is authorized to grant a lease of a part of the water property for aquaculture purposes on the following conditions:
(1)  the maximum term of the lease is 20 years;

(a)  $3.04 per hectare for the first 5 years, then $6.11 per hectare for subsequent years, if facilities are present; or
(b)  $0.61 per hectare for the first 10 years, then $1.22 per hectare for subsequent years, if no facilities are present.
Sections 20 to 26 do not apply to such a lease for aquaculture purposes.
